The Isle of Wight theory test centre is located in the town of Newport. Getting to the Theory Test Centre can be easy for the local residents of the Isle of Wight in and around the island.

Here is some travel advice.

Walking: If walking to the Theory Test Centre, make sure you leave your property in plenty of time. If you arrive at the Theory Test Centre late, you may be refused entry and have to withdraw your £23 fee.

By Car: If you were driving to the Theory Test Centre, you will need to head towards the centre of Newport and find some appropriate car parks or residential streets to park your car in whilst you take your theory test appointment.

By Bus: If you are commuting by bus, you can head off to the nearest bus stop at Townsgate or at Adjacent Lugley Street.

By Train: If you are travelling by train, you can head off to the train station situated in Ryde St Johns Road.

Make sure you bring your provisional licence with you to your theory test appointment. Otherwise, you will NOT be able to sit for your theory exam.

1. Have your driving licence information with you
2. An email address to receive a booking confirmation
3. Credit or debit card to pay for your theory test.
